Perl

Oqapi uses Perl to program dynamical webapplications. Perl is a very suitable computer language for this. It consists of an extensive library of extra utilities such that the wheel is invented only once. Perl is sometimes called the 'Swiss knive' of computer languages.

Object oriented

Also WebGUI has been prgrammed in Perl. It is developed as a completely object oriented system. This makes it possible to reuse objects throughout the complete applications.
